Lisa Holcomb is the Executive Director of the Bastrop Opera House and has been performing at the Bastrop Opera House since 2004.  She has a passion for singing and acting and has performed in many different productions including “Oz: The Musical” (playing the Wicked Witch of the West), “Rented Christmas”, “BINGO, the Musical”, "I Do, I Do", and most recently as Sister Amnesia in “Nunsense, the Muscial.”  Lisa is very involved in the Bastrop Opera House Youth Performing Arts Academy as an instructor.  She is also on the board of directors for the Texas Nonprofit Theatres. Lisa has a bachelors of science degree in child development. 

Kati Garrett has been involved in theatre since she took her first Theatre class in sixth grade.  A devoted Theatre student, Kati won the Texas Educational Theatre Association scholarship as a Senior at Cy-Fair High School.  She majored in Theatre Education at Texas State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.  She went on to teach Theatre and Technical Theatre to 7th and 8th grade students at Bastrop Middle School for seven years.  During her time there, Kati directed nearly 20 productions. She directed six plays for UIL One Act Play Competition and won Outstanding Show five times.  

Kati is certified to teach K-12 Theatre and currently teaches Elementary Theatre to students at Calvary Episcopal School.  

Kati is so excited to join the wonderful directors at the Bastrop Opera House and spread her enthusiasm for the world of Theatre to the students at the Bastrop Youth Performing Arts Academy.
